The rule is "If you can't identify it beyond doubt, don't shoot it". Unfortunately, some don't heed that lesson and make mistakes, sometimes fatal mistakes. If you are on land with other shooters looking for prey, you may want to consider that they need to be able to identify you sneaking through the bushes - beyond doubt! That is where these products come in - they are still camouflaged, but either with orange patches or completely in orange camouflage that animals with grey-scale vision such as deer cannot differentiate.
